My PhD focus on the following scientific topics:

  • Mass Spectroscopy in Proteomics: implementation of new computational techniques for the analysis of complex protein mixtures.

  • MS Protein Profiling: quantification of protein abundance levels for the assessment of proteomic changes.

  • Interactomics: mapping protein interactions and modeling of biological networks

Former research:

  • Development of the open source image analysis software PHLIP to quantitatively analyze large amounts of confocal laser scanning microscope data.

  • A flexible data management system WebPHOBIA to store, manage and model the multi variant experimental data.
